I've been where you are. Now I know what works.
Starting at the gym at 19 was daunting. Back then, training wasn't exactly seen as "cool." But I had a goal: become a better version of myself, mentally and physically, within 6 to 12 months. Watching my lifts climb, the scale move, and my physique change week by week is when I truly fell in love with the process.
I've worked across a number of different industries, so I understand what it's like to push through 12-hour days, overnight shifts, and FIFO rosters. I've still hit my goals without using work or exhaustion as an excuse. It just meant getting smarter about when and how I fit in my meals, and keeping my training intensity high no matter what the schedule looked like.
That's exactly why my coaching isn't just a meal plan and a training split. It's the connection and trust I build with every client, never leaving you in the dark. It's the push to keep improving week after week, the voice in your head when things get hard, and the reminder of why you started. Training and dieting don't have to be complicated. Done smart, they're simple. That's exactly where I come in.
